My plan is to convert an internal Blu-ray drive for external use on my TV. I intend, with a SATA to USB cable into the laptop, and then click on my laptop to my TV using USB-to-HDMI. My question is, will the signal must pass through my graphics card? My graphics card is not compatible with HD and would therefore not back HD HD HD quality, so it is normal on the television.

Moreover, it is something else that should be considered?
